By accessing or using My Body Optimise (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use My Body Optimise.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and My Body Optimisation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17307712), with registered office at 2A Connaught Avenue, London, E4 7AA, trading as My Body Optimise ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use My Body Optimise. By using this Application, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use My Body Optimise and must not attempt to create an account.

Prices are shown in GBP and may vary by region; the exact price and currency are displayed in the app before you confirm any purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and earlier periods are non-refundable except where required by law. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All billing is handled by Apple — we do not process or store your payment details.
Important: My Body Optimise is a personal tracking tool only. It does not constitute medical advice, medical services, or healthcare. It is not a regulated medical device. Nothing in the Application is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified and registered medical professional before making any health-related decisions.
My Body Optimise provides calculation and logging tools for personal informational purposes only. No content, calculation, or output from My Body Optimise constitutes medical advice. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for actions taken based on information from the Application.
Many peptides and compounds that users may choose to track within My Body Optimise — including but not limited to BPC-157, TB-500, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, and similar compounds — are regulated in the United Kingdom. Specifically:
My Body Optimise does not supply, recommend, endorse, or facilitate the acquisition of any regulated substance. We accept no responsibility for a user's decisions regarding any substance, licensed or unlicensed.
My Body Optimise has not been evaluated, certified, or approved as a medical device under the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002 or by the MHRA. It must not be used as a substitute for professional medical equipment, clinical decision support, or regulated healthcare software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts belonging to users under the age of 18.
You agree to use My Body Optimise only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The My Body Optimise application, including its design, branding, code, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is the property of My Body Optimise and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into My Body Optimise. By entering data, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that data to you within the Application solely for the purposes of providing the service.
The following terms apply when you download or use My Body Optimise through the Apple App Store. These terms are required by Apple Inc. and supplement (but do not replace) these Terms of Use.
You acknowledge that this End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is between you and My Body Optimise only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use My Body Optimise on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules in Apple's Terms of Service. You may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
My Body Optimise is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to My Body Optimise.
In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to My Body Optimise, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to My Body Optimise or your possession and/or use of My Body Optimise, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that My Body Optimise fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event that a third party claims that My Body Optimise or your possession and use of My Body Optimise infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country subject to a US Government or UK Government embargo or sanction; and (b) you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
When you download or use My Body Optimise through Google Play, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service, Google Play's Terms will govern with respect to your use of Google Play itself.
My Body Optimise (not Google LLC) is solely responsible for My Body Optimise and its content. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty in connection with My Body Optimise.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
If you are a consumer (an individual using My Body Optimise for personal, non-business purposes), you have statutory rights under:
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using My Body Optimise and delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to My Body Optimise immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, including (but not limited to) if you are under 18 years of age or if you use the Application for unlawful purposes.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of My Body Optimise after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
