Frequently asked questions

How do I add a peptide protocol?

Tap the centre + button on the bottom toolbar, choose your delivery method (vial & syringe, pen, oral, sublingual or IV), then set the dose, frequency and timing. The app calculates the exact units to draw or clicks to dial for you.

How does the reconstitution calculator work?

Open the Tools tab and choose the calculator. Enter your vial size (mg) and the amount of bacteriostatic water you're adding, and it shows the precise units to draw for your target dose — no maths needed at injection time.

How do I connect Apple Health?

You'll be prompted during onboarding, or you can enable it any time from Profile → Settings. With Health connected, the app can bring in your sleep, activity and weight to sit alongside your protocols.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile → Settings and choose to delete your account, or email admin@mybodyoptimise.com. All personal data linked to your account is permanently deleted within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

I forgot my password / can't sign in.

Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If you're still stuck, email support@mybodyoptimise.com from your account email address and we'll help you back in.

Does My Body Optimise give medical advice or sell peptides?

No. It's a private tracking and logging tool for your own records. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not sell, supply or facilitate the purchase of any substance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
